Outfitters throughout Quebec are encouraged to launch a refundable-container recovery program. To date, over 100 outfitters have signed up and received recycling bins, barrels, and stations. In 2009, CONSIGNaction attended two sportsmen shows, Salon chasse et pêche de Québec 2009 and Salon chasse et pêche de Montréal 2009, and was pleased to learn how important environmental protection is to hunters and anglers.
